3rd shift Sanitation Salem, Ma Join a leading cookie manufacturing company in Salem, MA! We are seeking reliable and hardworking Sanitation Associates to help maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe production environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas according to company procedures and food safety standards Disassemble and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning Sweep, mop, scrub, and wash floors, walls, and production surfaces Properly handle and use cleaning chemicals and sanitation tools Remove waste and dispose of materials in accordance with company guidelines Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and food safety regulations Complete sanitation documentation and cleaning logs accurately Assist with preparing production areas for the next shift Report any maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to supervisors Requirements Previous sanitation, janitorial, cleaning, or food manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Comfortable working around food production equipment and cleaning chemicals Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Must be able to follow written and verbal instruction Compensation $19.35/hr #MSSLyn
