Lead OSHA and environmental compliance efforts across sites, translating audits, regulatory requirements, and inspection findings into practical action plans, while strengthening systems and maintaining a strong, audit-ready posture. Can you build momentum through relationships and on-the-floor presence? Spend time in the plants learning production processes, engaging directly with teams, and identifying risks in real time, building trust quickly by being visible, approachable, and solutions-oriented. Do you use data and leading indicators to drive results ? Analyze incident history, safety trends, and leading metrics to uncover root causes, prioritize improvements, and demonstrate measurable progress in reducing injuries and strengthening performance. Can you design programs that actually work in the real world? Develop and implement core safety programs (e.g., LOTO, PPE, machine safety, emergency response) and training strategies that are practical, adopted by the business, and aligned to operational realities. Do you thrive in a highly visible, multi-site role?
