In this role, you'll provide injury triage, support the safety team, promote worker wellness, and help maintain a safe, productive job site.
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, 7AM-5PM What You'll Do Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow‑up care Assess occupational & non‑occupational injuries using evidence‑based protocols Document all care in EMR (Cority) Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification Conduct new‑hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services Maintain a clean, organized clinic Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts Required Qualifications 2+ years of Paramedic experience Active Missouri Paramedic license Occupational health experience Emergency medicine background (ambulance or ER) preferred OSHA-30 within 90 days (company provided) ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability Insurance Overtime pay (1.5x after 40 hours) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Referral Bonus
