Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable CDL A Dedicated Regional Driver to join our team. This role offers consistent regional routes, primarily involving refrigerated trailers, with an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and professionalism. As a key part of our logistics operation, you will deliver freight across designated regions, ensuring timely and secure transportation while adhering to all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and safety standards.

With loads from Crete or Lincoln to Desmoins, Kansas City, and Milan MO. we pay % pay and are home weekly and Possibly thru the week 1400-1600 a week. With Premium Free Family Medical Insurance Duties Operate tractor-trailer units on dedicated regional routes, primarily hauling refrigerated freight and other logistics cargo. Safely load and unload freight using manual handling techniques, ensuring proper cargo securement according to safety standards. Navigate using GPS systems to optimize routes and meet delivery schedules efficiently. Transport hazardous materials or dangerous goods when required, following all hazardous materials regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) guidelines. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and cargo to ensure compliance with safety protocols. Load and unload freight at various delivery points, managing truck loading and unloading processes with precision. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and compliance documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations. Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving, particularly with refrigerated trailers or flatbed/tanker configurations. Strong knowledge of FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, and hazardous materials handling procedures. Experience in automobile transportation or delivery driving within logistics environments. Familiarity with truck loading/unloading procedures and freight handling techniques for various cargo types including dangerous goods. Excellent driving record with a focus on safety, compliance, and professionalism.
