• 85,000 Kelly Engineering is partnering with a leading global manufacturing company to hire an EHS Specialist.

This role supports environmental, health, and safety programs, regulatory compliance, employee training, and continuous improvement at the facility. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain site-specific EHS programs, including confined space, hazard communication, waste management, stormwater, ergonomics, and emergency response. Conduct EHS inspections, audits, and compliance reviews. Facilitate EHS training for new hires and employees. Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Maintain accurate EHS records and compliance documentation. Analyze EHS performance data and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with employees, management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field preferred. Two to five years of relevant EHS experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of EHS regulations, management systems, and risk assessment methods. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with EHS software is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
