This role partners closely with field leadership and crews to ensure our jobsites are safe, compliant, and aligned with company standards.Job Duties:
Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments Partner with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers to reinforce safe work practices Lead and support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training initiatives Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and company policies Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and logs. Champion continuous improvement in safety processes and cultureKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Must possess a valid driver's license or the ability to transport to and from the assigned job site Applicants should have 1-3 years of construction safety experience Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations Detail-oriented with strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
