Durham, NC Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 1 day ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Benefits from day one Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Families & Communities Rising, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Specialist to help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for the children and families we serve. This full-time position is a great opportunity for someone with experience in: Building maintenance and minor repairs Cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial services Facility inspections and work orders Supply and equipment inventory Maintaining building interiors and exterior grounds Following OSHA and health and safety standards
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent At least three years of experience in building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, sanitation, or janitorial work Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Flexibility to work outside regular operating hours when needed At FCR, your work will make a meaningful difference by helping ensure our Head Start and Early Head Start centers remain safe, healthy, and ready for learning.
