Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of comprehensive safety, environmental and Department of Transportation programs at Beck s Hybrids. This position s goal is to protect the health and safety of employees, customers and public while ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. The role will have an office at our Phillips, NE location. This position is part of the safety department and reports to our Safety Director located at the Atlanta, IN headquarters. Trains and instructs all current and new employees on job appropriate safe practices Maintains the Beck s DOT program in order to ensure compliance with all federal regulations. Regularly inspect, record issues, and report to safety department any and all Safety, Health, Environmental, and/or any other possible problems at any property or employee of Beck s Communicate with Safety Department on all areas of business Communicate with location leads, and any other employees concerning Safety, Human Relations, and/or any other needs Perform other duties as required Job Requirements Education and training: High School or College degree required Certification in First Aid and CPR Minimum Chauffeur License preferred
