Job Description Our client, a top personal care manufacturing company is looking for a EHS Specialist in Clark! The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety with experience in chemical waste programs.

Responsibilities :
Oversee EHS data integrity by analyzing leading and lagging indicators, creating Excel-based dashboards, and generating reports to drive site-wide decision-making and root cause analysis. Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and local regulations through permit management, waste coordination, compliance auditing, and meticulous recordkeeping. Develop and deliver EHS training materials, track completion metrics, and manage site-wide engagement initiatives like 5S and safety newsletters. Assist in incident investigations and special projects focused on risk reduction while preparing documentation and evidence for corporate and regulatory audits.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field (Safety, IH, Environmental Science, or Engineering) with a strong preference for professional designations such as ASP, CSP, CIH, or CHMM. Experience managing a chemical waste program. Requires 7-10 years of relevant EHS experience within manufacturing or industrial environments, demonstrating a solid background in field-specific challenges. Possesses a deep working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations (Air, Waste, Water) and the ability to translate complex regulatory standards into practical, on-site actions. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and EHS management systems, with the communication skills necessary to transform data into clear reports and visual presentations.
