Job Description

Responsibilities We're seeking an experienced EHS Safety Professional to support a second-shift industrial project in New Brunswick, NJ . This role will provide on-site safety oversight during the installation of a new boiler, ensuring work is completed safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations and site requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily on-site EHS support during second-shift operations Conduct routine safety inspections and observations Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements Assist with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), pre-task planning, and permit activities Coach contractors and craft personnel on safe work practices Investigate incidents and near misses, documenting findings and corrective actions Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports Qualifications OSHA 30 required Current First Aid/CPR certification required
NFPA 70E
certification required 40-Hour
HAZWOPER
required Previous industrial, pharmaceutical, or heavy construction safety experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills
