Risk and Safety Specialist (Paris LV) Caesars Entertainment - 3.6 Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time 18 hours ago Qualifications Program management Outdoor work experience Court testimony English Incident report writing Full Job Description The Risk and Safety Specialist will assist the Risk Manager or the Director of Risk Management with the administration duties of the Risk Management Department, and assist with the implementation of the department's programs.
The Risk and Safety Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing solutions to safety concerns, p roactively engaging stakeholders, assisting with ongoing training efforts at the property as it relates to risk and safety, and other tasks assigned by the Risk Manager or the Director of Risk Management.
The Risk and Safety Specialist will manage all guest reports and resolve guest matters within company guidelines and ensure all polices are within compliance. The Risk and Safety Specialist will oversee the Return to Work Program and assist with facilitating Light Duty assignments and implement programs to reduce workplace injuries and ensure a safe environment for guests and employees. Work collaboratively to identify safety concerns and develop solutions Drive a reduction in both frequency and severity of workplace injuries Interpret detailed analytics within an operational environment to create Organize and lead property Safety Action Team meetings Participate in developing best practices for safety Conduct and train others in completing detailed incident investigations Lead the use and ongoing expansion of the company EHS electronic management platform Champion guest safety by being attentive to exposures and areas for improvement Assist in guest incident resolution through existing best practices AA/AS degree in relevant field with 2-10 years of relevant experience Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and databases Strong working knowledge of OSHA and Safety management systems
