SAFETY SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of construction site safety experience with a strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition, and safe work practices within a commercial jobsite environment. Responsibilities include conducting daily jobsite safety inspections, leading toolbox talks, documenting safety observations and corrective actions, and enforcing company and site-specific safety policies. This role will actively support field crews in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Additional duties include assisting with incident investigations, tracking corrective actions, monitoring compliance with PPE requirements, and ensuring all workers adhere to established safety procedures and standards.INDE Job Type:
