Mint Property Pros is looking for a dedicated Cleaning Specialist to join our Detail Team. We service both residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Rochester area and we do it as a team, to a standard our clients trust and rely on. This isn't just a cleaning role, it's an opportunity to become a valued part of a professional team that takes its work seriously. - you notice what others overlook Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions carefully The ability to work efficiently and stay on task A team-first attitude with the confidence to work independently when needed Comfortable and courteous when working in client homes and business spaces Comfortable working across a variety of residential and commercial settings Janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required•willingness to learn is highly valued Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times Positive attitude and professional demeanor Physically fit•must be able to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable personal transportation•required due to our commitment to client privacy Valid right to work in the US Responsibilities Follow a detailed cleaning plan for each property Document areas completed to ensure nothing is missed Floor care•sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming across various surface types Dusting and wiping down surfaces, fixtures, and fittings Bathroom and kitchen sanitation Trash removal and replacement of liners Restocking supplies as needed Proper use and care of cleaning equipment Reporting any damage or maintenance issues observed on site Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client addresses, personal information, and anything observed while on site Additional responsibilities as outlined in the property plan What we offer Pay scale starting at $17/hr.
