Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sanitation Manager to lead and oversee all sanitation operations within our food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining sanitation standards, managing sanitation personnel, and supporting overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate has leadership skills, hands-on food manufacturing experience, and a deep understanding of sanitation programs, GMPs, and regulatory requirements. No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation programs and SSOPs for the facility Lead, train, and supervise sanitation team members across all shifts Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP requirements Coordinate daily, weekly, and deep-clean sanitation activities for production equipment and facility areas Conduct sanitation inspections and verify effectiveness through ATP, environmental swabbing, and other validation methods Partner with Quality Assurance and Production teams to support food safety initiatives and production schedules Investigate sanitation-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Manage sanitation chemicals, equipment, inventory, and vendor relationships Maintain accurate sanitation documentation, logs, and audit records Support internal, customer, and third-party audits and inspections Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and hygiene standards SkillsSanitationProject ManagerMaterials ManagementBusiness operationsMicrosoft OfficeDecision MakingOrganizationPrioritizingQualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ManagerRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
