Midwest Ohio Cleaning Company is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistants to join our team. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removalClean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areasEnsure all assigned areas meet Midwest Ohio Cleanings quality standards and client expectationsReport maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisorFollow established cleaning procedures and safety protocolsAssist with special cleaning projects as assignedQualifications:
Previous experience in residential cleaning is a plus, but not requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workGood physical condition with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periodsReliable transportation and punctuality are essentialWillingness to follow company policies and proceduresBenefits:
