Join us as a Sanitation Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our entire facility! This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to contribute directly to the smooth operation of our plant. As a Sanitation Specialist, you'll be responsible for completing scheduled cleaning of machinery and performing regular cleans throughout the plant. Your efforts ensure that every corner of the facility—from equipment to workspaces—stays spotless, safe, and ready for action. Your work helps create a healthy environment where everyone can thrive, making your role essential to our success.

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures closely Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Basic understanding of sanitation standards and best practices Dependable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment Nice to

Have:

Experience with industrial or machinery cleaning Knowledge of safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to identify and report maintenance issues during cleaning Experience working in a team to maintain facility cleanliness

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a sanitation or cleaning role a plus, but not required

Other Requirements:
