You will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing processes, performing essential testing, and ensuring all operations align with rigorous regulatory and internal quality benchmarks. Responsibilities Execute physical, analytical, and microbial testing to verify product quality against established specifications. Conduct systematic process checks across production, packaging, and sanitation departments to ensure compliance. Implement and oversee environmental monitoring programs using sterile techniques to maintain a safe facility. Provide independent oversight of production lines, identifying and reporting any deviations from safety or quality standards. Maintain precise documentation and generate detailed reports to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Calibrate testing equipment and prepare QA stations to ensure accurate data collection throughout the shift. Collaborate with sanitation and production teams to drive continuous improvement in food safety practices. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic database management. Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Understanding of food safety principles and basic math. Preferred Skills Two-year degree or certificate in Food Science or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a food processing or manufacturing quality role. Working knowledge of FDA GMPs, HACCP principles, and SQF guidelines. Familiarity with USDA documentation and food safety systems.
