Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Home Health Part-time, PRN | Flexible Schedule l Windsor Home Health Help Patients Thrive at Home Windsor Home Health is seeking a dedicated and caring
FULL-TIME
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Assist patients with improving daily living skills and mobility Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and adaptive equipment Accurately document patient visits and progress Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team Encourage and motivate patients toward therapy goals Qualifications Graduate of an accredited COTA program Current COTA license in the state of Ohio Home health experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling 20 Days PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships Career growth opportunities If you are passionate about helping others live safely and independently at home, we encourage you to apply today!
