This position is responsible for implementing and supporting safety programs across multiple locations, conducting audits, inspections, and training to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The specialist works closely with project teams, supervisors, and leadership to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture. Daily responsibilities include preparing safety reports, maintaining accurate documentation, leading toolbox talks and safety meetings, and providing guidance on incident prevention best practices. This role requires frequent travel and coordination of site visits, along with clear communication with internal teams and clients regarding safety program performance and needs. Compensation varies based on certification and experience. The company provides per diem and covers medical insurance for safety team members.
