Tulsa, OK Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $75,000 a year 6 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Team leadership Safety regulations Full Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities  Develop, prepare, and implement safety policies and procedures in collaboration with management.  Monitor and interpret OSHA regulations and industry best practices to ensure policies remain compliant and effective.  Serve as subject matter expert on OSHA rules and regulatory compliance.  Oversee required OSHA recordkeeping and reporting.  Conduct risk assessments to reduce workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and long-term hazards.  Support and emphasize employee training, safety awareness, and compliance initiatives.  Lead and participate in safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action development.  Prepare and present safety reports to leadership.  Manage communication of safety bulletins, updates, and emergency protocols.  Foster a strong safety culture built on accountability and proactive risk reduction. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities  Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence positive change across all levels.  Skilled in safety assessments, investigations, and data analysis.  Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to draft and update safety policies and procedures.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

OSHA standards and safety: 3 years (Required) Leadership skills: 3 years (Required) safety assessment: 3 years (Preferred)
