Job Description

Responsibilities HazTek is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager in Abington, PA to provide on-site EHS support for a large-scale industrial construction project. The ideal candidate will promote a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with project teams to support safe execution of all construction activities. Responsibilities Provide daily safety oversight of construction activities Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements Monitor high-risk activities including fall protection, cranes, MEWPs, ladders, excavation, and power tools Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and daily pre-task meetings Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions Maintain required safety documentation and reports Collaborate with field leadership to promote a strong safety culture Qualifications 5+ years of construction safety experience Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or mission-critical construction projects preferred Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards Excellent communication and organizational skills OSHA 30 Construction required; OSHA 500/510 or CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability Overview HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
