Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:30PM Main Job Responsibilities Provide driver safety training while establishing a professional relationship with each driver that leads to exceptional safety, service and retention. Utilize simulator, dash cam video, reports, etc. for training purposes. Proactively communicate with drivers about safety expectations and provide coaching and remedial training as needed for improvement. Conduct driver disciplines as may be needed in other safety matters Monthly accident metrics review to assist in developing future training initiatives Manage/implement safety communications at the terminal (newsletter, bulletin board, etc.) Possible backup for Orientation Coordinator for conducting road test portion of orientation for new hires Travel to other terminals as may be warranted Other safety duties as assigned Education and Experience High School Diploma 1-2 years in the transportation field Class A CDL required Skills and Personal Characteristics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interpersonal skills Presentation skills Computer skills Patient/Flexible Organized & able to work in fast-paced environment

Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
