Job Description

Onsite Medical Solutions LLC seeks a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver psychiatric care in mobile and on-site occupational health settings across the Aurora, CO area. In this role, you will perform comprehensive mental health assessments, manage psychotropic medications, and develop individualized treatment plans for workforce populations at client locations. You will collaborate closely with occupational health teams and employers to support prevention, early intervention, and safe return-to-work decisions. Our patient-focused culture emphasizes autonomy, professionalism, and strong communication as you travel to worksites, provide high-quality, convenient care, and help organizations improve employee wellness, resilience, and productivity through responsive, on-site mental health services. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for employees at client worksites and mobile clinics. Manage psychotropic medications, including prescribing, monitoring efficacy, and adjusting treatment plans. Deliver brief counseling, crisis intervention, and safety planning as appropriate. Collaborate with occupational health teams, employers, and community providers to coordinate care. Document all encounters in the EHR in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. Educate patients and client organizations on mental health, stress management, and preventive strategies. Travel to multiple client sites in the Aurora, CO area and occasionally surrounding regions. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations for mental health and occupational health services.
