The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and safe for all occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation. Move Out cleaning for rental properties. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and any issues encountered. Night time and weekend availability required. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation is required. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service in all interactions.
