Job Description
SmallBiz Staffing seeks an Occupational Health & Safety Specialist to support multiple light industrial and clerical client sites in the Johnson City area. In this field-focused role, you will design, implement, and monitor safety programs, conduct audits and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with OSHA and related regulations. You will investigate incidents, lead corrective actions, and deliver safety training and orientations for client employees and temporary staff. Partner closely with our recruiters and client leaders to build a strong safety culture, reduce workplace risks, and maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting.
