Manage company assets, office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination. Process expense reports, corporate card transactions, reimbursements, and payment reconciliations. Coordinate employee housing, travel, relocation, and visitor arrangements. Maintain contracts, insurance records, business licenses, and administrative documentation. Support communication with vendors and assist with day-to-day site operations and administrative activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
