Relocation Assistance Available Full-Time | Exempt We're hiring a Safety Specialist to join our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners with production and maintenance teams to promote a strong safety culture, ensure OSHA compliance, identify workplace hazards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across a 24/7 operation. Schedule 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week Supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation Shift assignment is based on business needs and cannot be guaranteed at hire Responsibilities Promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Conduct hazard assessments and incident investigations Support LOTO, machine guarding, PPE, and safety programs Participate in audits and implement corrective actions Partner with operations to reduce risk and improve safety performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Safety, EHS, or a related field OR 1+ year of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety practices
