We focus on detailed, guest-ready results—not surface-level cleaning. Our team is reliable, efficient, and takes pride in doing things right the first time. Position Overview We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our team. This role involves cleaning residential homes and Airbnb-style properties to a high standard using structured checklists and proven systems. This is not a basic cleaning job—attention to detail, consistency, and accountability are required. Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of residential and short-term rental properties Follow strict cleaning checklists for every property Ensure homes are fully reset and guest-ready Sweep, vacuum (including edges/baseboards), and mop all floors Deep clean bathrooms (tubs, showers, sinks, toilets, mirrors) Clean kitchens (counters, appliances, inside microwaves, etc.) Make beds and restage rooms to presentation standard Take before/after photos when required Restock supplies and report low inventory Communicate any damages, issues, or missing items Work efficiently within scheduled timeframes Requirements Reliable transportation (travel between properties required) Must bring your own basic cleaning supplies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail (no shortcuts) Dependable and punctual Ability to follow directions and checklists exactly Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak season Must be available on weekends (Sundays required) Preferred (but not required) Previous residential or Airbnb cleaning experience Experience working on a team Familiarity with cleaning checklists or apps Schedule Typical start time around 10:00 AM Hours vary based on workload Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time What We Expect We take pride in our work and expect our team to do the same.
