• Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking experienced Paramedics to provide onsite medical support at an active construction project. This role focuses on responding to injuries, illnesses, and work-related incidents while supporting overall site safety and workforce health. Job Responsibilities
• Provide onsite medical care and first response for injuries, illnesses, and emergency situations
• Assess, treat, and stabilize patients within scope of practice
• Respond to and manage workers' compensation-related incidents
• Determine need for escalation of care and coordinate with local EMS when necessary
• Support injury prevention and site safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with site leadership and medical team as needed
• Ensure compliance with site-specific safety and medical protocols Work Environment
• Work out of a fully equipped onsite medical trailer (10-office setup with lounge area)
• Support a large construction workforce in an active jobsite environment
• Must be comfortable working outside of a traditional EMS or hospital setting Schedule
• 12-hour shifts (day and night coverage required)
• Rotating schedule: 3 shifts one week / 4 shifts the next (36/48)
• 24/7 coverage
• shifts may vary based on project needs
• Project will require a team of 8+ Paramedics, with additional float coverage Requirements
• Active Paramedic certification/license (state-specific as required)
• Experience in emergency response, occupational health, construction, or industrial settings preferred
• Experience with workers' compensation cases strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Willingness to complete site-specific safety certifications

Pay:

$25

• 30/hr plus $125 per diem for days worked!
