This role works directly with project teams, superintendents, and craft to help maintain a safe and productive jobsite. This is a strong opportunity for early-career safety professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine jobsite safety walks and identify potential hazards Support daily safety operations alongside superintendents and field teams Assist with incident investigations and documentation Help enforce company and OSHA safety standards on active projects Participate in and support toolbox talks and safety meetings Maintain accurate safety logs, reports, and documentation Promote a proactive safety culture across the jobsite Qualifications 1-3 years of construction or industrial safety experience (entry-level candidates considered) OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 or higher a plus) Basic understanding of jobsite safety practices and hazard recognition Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with field personnel Ability to work in a fast-paced, active construction environment Compensation $25•28/hour (based on experience) Why Stratus Hands-on field experience with strong mentorship from experienced teams Exposure to complex industrial/mechanical projects Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization
