Full-Time / Temp to Hire Join Our Team! We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Safety Clerk to support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives while providing administrative support for daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and passionate about workplace safety. The Safety Clerk will split time between office and field environments, assisting with documentation, compliance tracking, safety inspections, employee training records, and general administrative duties. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and record management Maintain employee and safety-related documentation Process and organize shipping and receiving documents Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with scheduling meetings, trainings, and administrative tasks Support daily office operations and special projects as needed Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License required Bilingual (English/Spanish) required or preferred Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, OSHA standards, and EHS practices Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and record keeping skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities Self-motivated and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working approximately 50% in an office setting and 50% in an outdoor/plant environment Ability to walk the facility and perform safety inspections as needed
