Position Summary Texmore Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Safety Professional (CSP) to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting both field and office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, management, and client representatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Field Responsibilities Serve as the primary safety representative on active job sites. Interact professionally with owner and facility safety personnel. Conduct safety meetings and maintain proper documentation. Perform routine safety audits of ongoing projects. Conduct monthly inspections of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure employees are following established safety procedures and regulatory requirements. Verify proper PPE usage and safe work practices at all times. Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Promote a proactive safety culture across all project sites. Office Responsibilities Maintain employee safety training records and certifications. Manage company pre-qualification requirements on client and contractor websites. Coordinate and track HASC training and other required employee certifications. Maintain employee medical clearances, including fit testing, blood lead monitoring, and other required screenings. Manage DISA compliance, background checks, and drug testing programs. Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the company Safety Manual. Prepare safety reports, documentation, and compliance records as needed. Support management with safety initiatives, compliance audits, and continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications Industrial safety training and qualifications required by applicable state regulations. Ability to perform duties as a Certified Safety Professional representative. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and online compliance platforms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between office and job sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation or equivalent safety certification. Experience in industrial, construction, recycling, manufacturing, or related environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards. Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and safety training programs.
