This role includes assisting with patient care, performing a variety of clinical tests, maintaining medical supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality standards. Responsibilities and Duties Clinical Support Assist medical providers with patient care and medical injuries. Perform components of occupational health physicals.
Conduct clinical tests including:
Vision tests Fit tests Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) Drug & alcohol testing Audiograms Phlebotomy Vital signs collection Urinalysis Administrative & Operational Maintain and perform inventory checks of medical supplies. Follow all applicable HIPAA confidentiality requirements. Work flexible hours during peak times as needed. Qualifications and Skills Minimum Qualifications High school diploma required. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to obtain and maintain TWIC/Safety Cards. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and extensive background check. Preferred Skills (optional to include) Previous experience in occupational health, medical assistance, or related field. Familiarity with clinical testing procedures and equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, and walking. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds . Manual dexterity to operate computers and office equipment. Ability to view a computer screen for extended periods. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders as required.
