Job Description PCI is seeking a Safety Technician for its Austin, TX operations based out in Taylor, TX. This individual will be responsible for the following duties: Job responsibilities include: Promote safe work practices and behaviors to instill an injury-free culture among all site and field personnel Assist with the administration of PCI's Accident Prevention Plan, policies, and procedures, on jobsites and at the branch through utilization of safety resources such as training and mitigation of unsafe practices. Ensure company and client safety reports and documentation are submitted on time and in accordance with client requirements and expectations Collaborate with site safety manager and field to develop and implement safety policies and procedures as necessary; monitor for effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement when necessary. Responsible for investigation and evaluation of injuries and illnesses for the project site Convey a professional and positive attitude as the safety representative of PCI Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co-workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
