James Lane Fire Protection, a Fidelity Company, is looking for a driven Fire Protection Services Sales team member to expand our presence throughout the Wichita Falls market. In this role, you'll develop new customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and promote industry-leading fire protection services that keep businesses and communities safe. If you're a motivated sales professional with experience selling service agreements or commercial services, we'd love to talk to you. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of business development, outside sales, or account management experience. Proven success selling commercial service or maintenance agreements. Fire protection industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction is also valued. Knowledge of NFPA codes and life safety systems is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational skills and CRM proficiency. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. What You'll Do Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue within the Fire Protection division. Prospect and secure new commercial customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events. Build lasting relationships with facility managers, property managers, building owners, contractors, engineers, municipalities, healthcare organizations, schools, and industrial clients. Promote our full range of fire protection services, including inspections, testing, preventive maintenance agreements, repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and new installations. Visit customer sites to identify deficiencies, evaluate needs, and recommend solutions. Prepare proposals and collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver customized service offerings. Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately manage opportunities within the CRM. Partner closely with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution. Meet or exceed sales goals with a strong focus on recurring service agreement growth.
