The EHS Technician will be a boots-on-the-ground safety professional working directly with production teams to ensure environmental health and safety processes are followed. This role focuses on hazard identification, ergonomics improvements, safety audits, and supporting OSHA compliance across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections and shop floor auditsPartner with production teams to identify hazards and recommend corrective actionsSupport ergonomics improvements and workstation safety initiativesAssist with incident investigations and prepare accident reportsHelp ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policiesCoordinate and support safety training for employeesMonitor use of proper PPE and safety proceduresParticipate in industrial hygiene and environmental safety effortsMaintain safety documentation, reports, and OSHA logs as neededWork cross-functionally with production, engineering, and leadership teams

Qualifications:

Prior EHS or safety experience in manufacturing or production environment preferredHands-on shop floor safety experience strongly preferredKnowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practicesExperience with incident investigations and hazard identificationExposure to ergonomics, audits, or industrial hygiene is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work with production teamsQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national
