Now Hiring:
Safety Technicians (Levels 1-3) We're hiring Safety Technicians to support large-scale construction projects throughout the Richmond area. Whether you're beginning your construction safety career or already have field experience, this opportunity offers hands-on experience and a clear path for advancement. What you'll do:
  • Support daily jobsite safety and compliance activities
  • Conduct site walkthroughs and identify potential hazards
  • Assist with incident prevention and reporting
  • Reinforce OSHA standards and company safety procedures
  • Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations
  • Maintain safety documentation and logs
  • Partner with field crews and leadership to promote a strong safety culture What we're looking for: OSHA 30 certification is required Strong communication skills Ability and willingness to work in an active construction environment Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset For Level 2 and Level 3 candidates, prior construction safety experience, OSHA 510, and experience on large commercial or industrial jobsites are preferred.
