Job Summary:
- The Environmental Health & Safety Specialist will use established procedures and work under general supervision of the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to implement and maintain company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
Essential Functions:
- + Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety regulations.
Eligibility Requirement:
- This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Minimum Qualifications

Level II:
_- 2-5 years of relevant environmental, health and safety work experience. +

Level III:
-_- 5+ years of relevant environmental, health and safety work experience. +
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Preferred
- certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, Emergency Response, Powered Industrial Trucks, Fall Protection, DOT, HAZWOPER, ASP, CPE, CEPS
CIH, CHMM.
- Working Conditions
- :•+ Working conditions can be indoor and outdoor in a manufacturing environment + Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, safety shoes, face shields, hearing protection, ESD jackets, heel/wrist straps, respirators and any other required PPE + May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, wet weather, confined spaces, dust or fumes, Chemical spills and or fire.
