Learn more at li.me. We are looking for a Foot Patrol to ensure our fleet is operational, compliant, and in safe working order. Ensuring an optimized presence in the local market is key to success. This role is for you if you're looking for flexibility in your day-to-day, enjoy working outside, and want to be a part of the micromobility movement. What you'll do: Safely operate an e-bike or e-scooter to support vehicle deployment and retrieval As weather requires, partner with Operations Specialists to deploy or retrieve vehicles Monitor designated zones by conducting on-foot patrols to ensure vehicle parking compliance and organization in accordance with city requests Follow safety procedures to ensure user and personal safety in field, including break adherence and wearing Lime provided PPE (including weather appropriate clothing) Use smartphone applications to ensure operational compliance of fleet Maximize the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing quality checks Identify and report vehicle issues to Operations team for needed repairs or retrievals Interact with and educate the community of good riding practices and parking rules Coordinate drop off and pick up times at designated areas with Operations Specialists Additional job related tasks as assigned About you: Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 65lbs on a frequent basis Comfortable walking, standing, and safely riding a Lime bike/scooter for shift duration Ability to work up to 8 hour shifts outdoors, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of the local area geography and street layout Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment Excellent communication skills Ability to utilize cell phone applications. iOS experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks A safety-oriented mindset, capable of conducting rigorous quality checks This is a contracted position employed and compensated by a third-party employer.
