This position combines traditional security responsibilities with light managerial duties, serving as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during the night shift. Key Responsibilities Patrol the property regularly to ensure guest safety and protect hotel assets Monitor security systems and respond promptly to alarms or unusual activity Provide courteous, professional assistance to overnight guests Conduct property walk‑throughs, including checking doors, gates, and common areas Respond to guest concerns, maintenance issues, and emergencies with calm professionalism Complete nightly reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff notes Support Front Desk operations as needed (guest check‑ins, phone calls, basic troubleshooting) Serve as the on‑site Manager on Duty, making sound decisions in the absence of daytime leadership Coordinate with local authorities or emergency services when required Uphold the Arizona Inn's standards of hospitality, discretion, and guest care

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience in security, hospitality, or a related field Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to remain composed and professional in high‑pressure situations Comfortable working independently overnight Basic computer skills Ability to walk the property and perform physical tasks as needed

Preferred:

Prior hotel or guest‑service experience
