Job Overview Valcor Security is hiring a hands-on Senior Security Manager to lead daily operations for a multi-site Los Angeles portfolio. You will directly oversee 20+ security officers, ensure every post is properly covered, maintain strong client relationships, and hold the field team accountable for attendance, training, uniform standards, reporting, and overall performance. We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated leader who can manage security operations with confidence and precision while ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. This is Not an entry-level supervisor role. Applicants must have at least 3 years of verifiable experience directly supervising 20 or more security guards. Duties Lead, coach, schedule, and manage a division of more than 20 security officers across multiple sites. Ensure complete site coverage by responding promptly to call-offs, no-shows, and emergencies. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce post orders, uniform standards, attendance policies, and report quality. Recruit, onboard, train, and retain reliable officers in collaboration with the recruiting team. Review incidents, prepare detailed escalation summaries, and implement corrective actions. Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and dependable service delivery. Monitor staffing levels, timekeeping accuracy, overtime management, and performance trends. Coordinate with company leadership on division priorities, risk management strategies, and growth initiatives. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience supervising 20 or more security guards directly. Prior military service or law enforcement experience is required. Current California BSIS Guard Card. Proven experience managing multi-site security operations including scheduling, incident response, coaching, and corrective actions. Excellent communication skills with clients and team members. Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between sites as needed. Proficiency in using scheduling systems, mobile reporting apps, email communication tools, and digital operations platforms.

Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Responsive availability for urgent call-offs, incidents, and client escalations.
Pay & Classification:
Base salary: $62,400-$66,560 per year, equivalent to $30-$32 per hour at 40 hours per week Full-time, salaried non-exempt position Overtime paid in accordance with applicable law.
