Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for working alongside internal stakeholders to drive the overall mission and goals forward.
Responsibilities Include :
- Complete program plans, regular deliverables, and presentations for the team as a whole.
- Work with internal stakeholders on cross-team collaboration and initiatives.
- Present comprehensive and forward-thinking ideas to key stakeholders; act as the voice and face of the team when managing communications.
- Oversee the management of documentation, to include standard operating procedures, formal workflows, and cross-team guidelines and standards.
- Manage a training plan, as well as training documentation and standards. Drive training initiatives on the team and ensure standards are continuously met.
- Direct the team in managing the gathering of data on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as well as managing audits of team equipment and products.
- Develop and present weekly, monthly, or yearly operations readouts. Required Experience and Qualifications
- Possess either a bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience Corporate Security, ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection with a large focus on management/administration of protective programs.
- The ability or possession of a LEOSA permit, Concealed Carry Weapons permit, and/or CPR certification
- Possess an interest or direct management experience the following: Residential Security, Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security.
- Well-versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies.
- Be a competent user of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
- Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Possess the ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations.
- Be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations.
- Ability to be available outside normal work hours.
- Possess a valid and current driver license.
- Possess a valid California BSIS issued Guard Card
- Possess or able to possess a valid California BSIS issued Exposed Firearms Card Desired Qualifications
- Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
- Possess a valid U.S Passport Work Environment & Physical/Mental Demands With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. In addition to other demands, the demands of the job include:
- Undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, and drug tests if required.
- Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
- Regular computer usage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipmen.
