Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of physical security projects across corporate offices, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, data centers, and other critical infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical security technologies, low-voltage systems, construction coordination, and security system integration. This role requires managing end-to-end physical security projects, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and security infrastructure deployments while coordinating with construction teams, contractors, vendors, and business stakeholders. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Physical Security Project Management. Strong experience managing physical security installations and infrastructure projects.
Hands-on knowledge of:
Access Control Systems Video Surveillance Systems CCTV Technologies Intrusion Detection Systems Security Monitoring Platforms Low Voltage Infrastructure Door Hardware Integration Experience working within construction, retrofit, and facility expansion projects. Strong understanding of security system architecture and field installations. Experience managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Ability to read construction drawings, security layouts, and installation plans. Excellent project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
