$80,000 annually + up to 20% performance-based bonus
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview Citadel Security USA is hiring a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple client sites in the Northfield area. This role includes a mix of fieldwork and administrative responsibilities, with a focus on keeping sites running smoothly and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be working with supervisors, officers, and clients on a regular basis. The position requires someone who can stay organized, manage priorities across locations, and address issues as they come up. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across assigned locations Visit sites regularly to review performance and address concerns Ensure post orders and procedures are current and being followed Update site guidelines, emergency plans, and operational processes as needed Hire, train, and support supervisors and security personnel Build and manage schedules to maintain proper staffing levels Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients Handle service concerns and follow up on incidents or requests Attend meetings and provide updates on site performance Review reports, staffing activity, and overall operations Monitor timekeeping, scheduling accuracy, and payroll-related items Track expenses and assist with budget awareness Confirm all staff meet licensing and training requirements Investigate incidents, complaints, or policy violations Coordinate with emergency services when needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college experience is a plus) At least 3 years of experience in security, supervision, or management Experience overseeing multiple sites or teams Working knowledge of security procedures and emergency response Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Background in contract security or multi-site operations Industry certifications such as CPP, PSP, or similar Familiarity with scheduling tools or reporting systems Experience with audits, compliance reviews, or operational planning Additional Information Bonus potential up to 20% based on performance Multiple openings may be available Mix of office-based work and travel between client sites Equal Opportunity Employer Citadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
