• This position requires an active Top Secret clearance.
• Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO) and Program Security Representative (PSR) at the Waterton, CO facility.

This role will interpret and implement DoD 5205.07 and the 32 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM Rule, and government customer directives as required by contract as well as Lockheed Martin policies. Candidate must be able to maintain security compliance, be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, make effective decisions and deliver timely results. Candidate will maintain access lists to all controlled access areas, conduct clearance validations, and partner with internal and external customers. Develop and implement program unique security plans (e.g. OPSEC, PPIP, operating instructions, end of day checklists, etc.).

ACSSO/PSR

will be responsible for multiple facets of security operations such a physical security, visitor control, document control, classification management, personnel security, investigations, developing and delivering security briefings, self-inspections and other tasks required by the Security Manager. Protect all facets of the National Industrial Security Program and SAP customer requirement by ensuring a fully integrated security programs. Many of our programs are supported at multiple facilities across the country, it is critical to ensure ongoing communication between CSSOs/PSRs at all sites to ensure program personnel receive consistent guidance and support regardless of which facility they reside. Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs. Serves as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or a Security Representative. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (JAFAN/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program. Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials. Develops and conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings.

• Basic Qualifications
• + Active Top Secret Security Clearance within the past 5 years + Demonstrated knowledge of DoD 5205.07 and the NISPOM + Knowledge of Special Access Programs (SAPs)
• Desired Skills
• + Special Access Program experience + Experience with Document Reviews for accuracy of markings + Knowledge and ability to prepare DD Form 254 and understanding SCGs + Knowledge of Risk Management principles and application of same.

Full-Time Salary Range:
