Role:
Join Ab Security Group Inc as the Director of Security in Miami, FL, where you will lead our security initiatives and ensure the safety of our clients and assets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our security strategy and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures. Oversee daily security operations and manage security personnel. Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide training and guidance to security staff on best practices. Respond to security incidents and lead investigations. Prepare and manage the security budget effectively.
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams. Proven experience in risk management and security operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of security technologies and systems. Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred. Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.
