Tampa, Florida Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with eligibility to obtain a Polygraph
• Five or more years of experience as a Security Professional or associate's degree
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification
• Expertise using JPAS, Scattered Castles, CATS, DISS
• Background in

Physical Security Clearance Required:

TS/SCI with

CI Poly Minimum Education:

Associate degree or 5 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• The employee shall provide multi-discipline Security Specialists to provide support to the

USCENTCOM

Special Security Office (CCJ2-SSO) in managing the Command Information Security, Personnel Security, and Physical Security Programs.

• The employee shall brief and train proper command security practices for the Command Security Indoctrination briefings to promote Security Education, Training & Awareness (SETA).
• The employee shall update local security publications as required, consistent with DoD/DIA guidance. The employee shall provide input into CENTCOM history reports and maintain the SSO webpage.
• The employee shall inspect and draft written feedback in support of the Command Inspection Program.
• The employee shall coordinate, track, document, brief, train and issue courier authorization in support of the Courier Authorization Program.
• The employee shall coordinate with customers and Defense Courier Service staff for the delivery and pickup of classified material and provide SME guidance for forward deployed units.
