Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtimeLead and Develop Security Teams:
Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relationsEnhance Client Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and propertyHandle Security Incidents and Emergencies:
Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teamsDirect Compliance and Security Operational Excellence:
Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)QUALIFICATIONS
(MUST HAVE): Please note, this position requirements are non-nagotable and a must have. High school diploma or equivalent Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.) Meet all requirements for CSS, including being commissioned as a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO), unless otherwise approved by the State Contract Administrator. Have at least three (3) years of supervisory experience at the middle-management level, no lower than Lieutenant, in a certified law enforcement organization, unless otherwise approved by the State Contract Administrator. Possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively and collaboratively with HDOT, the public, aircraft operators, tenants, concessionaires, and other airport user groups. American Association of Airport Executives ACE-Security certification, or equivalent as approved by the State Contract Administrator, is required within 12 months of being appointed to the position. The DCSM must be pre-approved by the State Contract Administrator. TSA Mandated Recognized Training Requirement — graduation from and documentation for meeting Peace Officer Standardized Training (P.O.S.T.) requirements, including: Certified State law enforcement recruit training Certified County law enforcement recruit training Federal law enforcement training Programs approved by the State Contract Administrator orASC PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(NICE TO HAVE): College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field Law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration Graduate of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic, Corrections Officer)BENEFITS
Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance Enrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
