Role:

This is an entry‑level role supporting an Industrial Security team, ideal for candidates with a customer‑service mindset and an interest in security operations. The position supports daily activities across Document Control, Personnel Security, and Visitor Services, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. This role is on‑site in Cambridge and requires an active Secret clearance. This job will have the following responsibilities: Support day‑to‑day operations of Document Control, Personnel Security, and Visitor Services Ship, receive, and track classified materials in accordance with security regulations Maintain classified accountability records and systems Review visitor registrations and background checks Prepare and issue visitor badges Apply and enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations Use visitor management systems and security databases to support operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Active Secret clearance High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in a security‑related role Experience applying and enforcing policies and procedures Experience with visitor management software and security information systems Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Security or a related field 2-4 years of experience in Industrial Security Experience working with NISPOM requirements Familiarity with DISS/NBIS, NISS, and SIMS group id: cxjudgpa Apply now
