Job Description
Description Amazon's Security team is looking for an Industrial Security Reporting Analyst to be the source of truth for security status and metrics on a U.S. Government program building a classified AI Factory. We are a data-driven team, and we believe you cannot manage what you cannot measure. In this role you compile and maintain the industrial-security metrics, compliance data, and periodic reports that our Government customer and program leadership rely on, track incidents and corrective actions to closure, and prepare the reporting deliverables that keep the program transparent and audit-ready. You will work with program security officers, personnel and physical security, and the PMO to turn raw security activity into clear, decision-ready reporting. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Key job responsibilities
- Compile and maintain industrial-security metrics and periodic status reports.
- Track security compliance data, incidents, and corrective-action status.
- Prepare reporting deliverables for the Government PSO and program leadership.
- Maintain reporting records and support audits and self-inspections.
- Can demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools
- 1+ years of security, reporting, or program-support experience.
- Familiarity with industrial-security concepts and the NISPOM.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing data metrics
- Exposure to U.S. Government/IC security reporting.
- Progress toward a security certification.
